  • Built an internal admin CMS in TanStack (Router + Query) and TypeScript, used by non-technical staff to manage content for the public landing page.
  • Designed a typed REST contract between the CMS and the Next.js landing page; updates propagate in near-real-time with stale-while-revalidate caching.
  • Implemented JWT auth, role-based access (admin / editor), and basic audit logging.

  • Built an in-house Playwright lead-gen crawler replacing paid APIs (Apify, RapidAPI) — reduced data-acquisition costs by ~80%.
  • Implemented cookie persistence + residential proxy rotation for stable, high-volume Facebook group scraping.
